Shipping for Retail and Wholesale Orders
We will ship your order (if inventory permits) within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please allow more time during the busy season of October to December. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped at our discretion via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. If there are circumstances which you are not able to receive shipments by one of these methods, please contact us and let us know the special mailing instructions. **UPAVIM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, incorrect address, customers, or weather.
If you do not receive your order within the anticipated timeframe please contact UPAVIM at 304-500-2633 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot offer credit for orders not received after 21 days if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made to the address you provided. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the let us know if a specific ship method is required when placing your order. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification for USPS shipments. You can also contact us for tracking information and we would be happy to check for you. Neither UPAVIM nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping will be charged according to actual cost by weight. Please note in your order comments if you would like to be contacted once that amount is determined. We will find the best price which may take longer to arrive but will give you the other possible options too.You can accept or decline to have us ship at that time.
Shipping Charges are based on the actual cost plus $5 handling.
Please call or email us for 2nd day, 3rd day, overnight deliveries or international rates. Expedited deliveries must be placed before 11am EST to arrive the next day, and UPS upgrades are for delivery Monday through Friday only.
At our discretion orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS Ground. We are willing to ship to any country where possible but shipping charges will apply at actual cost plus handling. International orders generally ship via USPS which is usually the most cost effective way.
Our Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. - If you are not completely satisfied with your order or an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original condition. Sale items are not returnable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless it is our error. We will not accept COD charges for returned merchandise.
All products have a 30-day warranty against defects. We will gladly replace any defective product during this period of time.
